Hexagon Film Faced Plywood

High-performance plywood featuring a hexagonal anti-slip pattern on one side and a smooth surface on the reverse, designed for applications where durability, safety, and aesthetics are essential.

Manufactured in 100% Birch or combi Birch + Pine construction, with a density ranging from 600–720 kg/m³, this plywood offers excellent strength and wear resistance. The panels are bonded using phenol-formaldehyde resin adhesive, making them suitable for exterior use in accordance with PN-EN 636-3 standards.

The surface is typically overlaid with a dark brown phenolic film (220 g/m²), providing enhanced resistance to moisture, abrasion, and chemicals.  For added protection and longevity, all edges are sealed with acrylic paint.

Widely used for semi-trailer and trailer flooring, this plywood is also ideal for any application requiring high load resistance, anti-slip properties, and an attractive surface finish.
