Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: • Analyze sales performance, customer activity, and product trends to identify growth opportunities • Prepare reports and provide insights to support decision-making • Support and guide sales representatives in developing customers and increasing sales • Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships • Organize sales meetings and training sessions to improve team performance • Conduct market research and support expansion into new customers • Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional activities • Support participation in industry events, seminars, and exhibitions Skills & Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, business development, marketing, or a similar role Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to analyze sales data and market trends Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to work cross-functionally with sales and management Benefits: • 20 working days of annual leave • 13th salary • Provident Fund • Health insurance • 5-day working schedule An attractive remuneration package will be offered based on qualifications and experience.
