Gas regulation (No 517/2014)

The new F-Gas regulation (No 517/2014) has now been passed and came into force from the 1st of January 2015. The Council of the European Union had publised a proposal for a revised regulation on Fluorinated greenhouse gases the final version being a compromise text between discussions with the Parliament and the Commission, and this was approved in April 2014.
