Oil Separators

The gas reduces its velocity and changes directions when entering the sectional oil separator, creating a high degree of oil separation due to gravity. The oil exits and return to the system through a floating valve due to pressure difference.

Suction Acumulation

This vessel is designed to retain the liquid refrigerant in its bottom, ensuring that only gas refrigerant is leaving. The inlet tube is designed so that the refrigerant  liquid bathes the walls of the accumulator, taking the most amount of heat possible from them to encourage evaporation.
In addition  the suction accumulator must ensures the oil to return to the compressor, allowing the suction gas drag oil in proper proportion, but preventing the return of dirt and particles that would damage the compressor cylinders.
The gas outlet tube suctions only gas from the upper part and has an oil recovery metering orifice to feed oil in due proportion.

Oil Level Regulators

The oil level regulators control the level of oil of each compressor’s crankcase through a floating valve.
The oil level regulators are manufactured with a flange to be assembled directly to the compressors where the oil sight glass is commonly found.
The oil is feed to the regulator from the oil receiver, which in turn receives oil from the oil separator.

The oil level regulators are installed between the suction line and the oil receiver, maintaining a differential pressure in the oil vessel above the crankcase’s oil pressure.


The antivibrators of stainless steel are used in circuits designed with rigid pipelines to obtain a notable decrease of the noises, to absorb and to eliminate the vibrations, and to compensate the expansions produced by the changes of temperature.
